With experiences in operations, sales and engineering, I’ve been able to learn more about all aspects of the managed networks business, making me a stronger employee. Each role I’ve had over the past six years has come with increasing responsibility and a chance to further build my skill set. Corporate Finance: Employee since 2012

I started as an intern, while still in college, and have since been promoted to more senior roles across corporate finance. With constantly evolving business needs and continued global growth, there are substantial opportunities to build a satisfying career and gain valuable professional experiences. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to four foreign countries, partner with people all over the world, and serve in five different positions with new challenges and expectations. The company culture thrives on collaboration between departments and active involvement from senior management, while encouraging a healthy work-life balance. I was nervous about making the wrong first-career choice, but I couldn’t be happier with American Tower and am excited for my future with the company.


Information Systems: Employee since 2012

When I joined American Tower as a Senior Internal Auditor, I only had experience in finance and operational roles. Over time, I grew increasingly interested in Information Technology (IT) and was encouraged to pursue a new position, even though my skill set wasn’t a perfect match. The support and time provided to learn and grow in my new role, and ultimately take on a more senior opportunity, were exceptional. Prior to that, I had long wanted to enlist in the U.S. Army National Guard. After being with the company for over a year, I did, and my management team has been nothing but supportive. I value the company’s fast pace, evolving needs, and dedication to employee development, and look forward to continued growth with the organization.
