We have the team, tools, and technologies needed to secure and monitor tower, rooftop, and building and venue sites 24/7. This includes monitoring power supply at our sites which includes AC power supply (i.e. Commercial and Generator power supply) and DC power supply to ensure guaranteed uptime at all times.
Our team members are always available to coordinate site access for initial installations, maintenance, or emergency requirements as well as assisting with first level support.

- Investigate and correct power outages or cooling issues
- Schedule equipment installations
- Conduct site maintenance, including:
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment
- Resolving lighting issues
Site Access and Emergencies
Contact us at +233-302-634-834 day or night, for support at building or venue to access all sites as well as to report any form of emergencies:
- Report a service problem, such as power (AC/DC) failure at any site or cooling issues for indoor sites
- Request site access, preventive maintenance or planned work
- Report damages due to a vehicle collision or vandalism
- Report unnatural noise, due to an equipment malfunction
- Report fire outbreak or flooding at site
